Sonia Pulgar is a globally recognized leader in health economics, outcomes research (HEOR), and market access, with over two decades of experience across the biopharmaceutical industry. She has led HEOR and value strategy for more than 10 U.S. and global product launches in oncology, virology, neurology, and rare diseases at companies including GSK, Novartis, Seagen, and Ipsen. Sonia excels at building high-impact, cross-functional teams and developing real-world evidence strategies that drive access, equity, and value across the product life cycle. She holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan and a BA in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from Wesleyan University.
