My 11 month old daughter is receiving myofunctional therapy for mouth breathing and swallow disfunction. She has a posterior tongue tie, which was not diagnosed by 3 medical professionals in the first months of her life, including a lactation consultant when we had breast feeding struggles. My daughter has disordered sleep, waking every hour through the night, due to her disordered mouth breathing.
