I was diagnosed with sleep apnea several years ago and tried to use CPAP with no success. Then, it was recommended to use a dental appliance for snoring which I used for years. Over time, I developed sleep issues – insomnia and sleep anxiety. I started to see Dr. Fadil who recommended a dentist who would provide a better dental appliance and mouth taping that would help with sleep apnea. It appeared to work until after 4 years, it was discovered that my bottom jaw had been moving forward effecting my bite. I returned to Dr. Fadil and started to use CPAP about a year ago. Today, I continue to use CPAP (over the mouth) and take sleep medication.

Something
big is coming.
