In 2010 when I first complained to my Doctor that I was falling asleep at work and getting 10 hours sleep a night, he said I should start exercising and eating every few hours. A year later I returned, complaining again. After an at home test showed no sleep apnea I was referred to a sleep clinic for an over night study where I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and received a CPAP. I was compliant for the first several years, but saw no relief from fatigue. After an additional sleep study I was prescribed ADHD stimulants for the fatigue. I took those for 2 years then stopped to get pregnant. Started having a lot of nasal issues and barely used my CPAP. 5 years later back on ADHD medication for ADHD symptoms this time. After my own research and finding out the connection between a lot of my conditions, including digestive symptoms, and constantly being in a state of fight or flight and mouth breathing, I decided to start my journey towards jaw surgery. I am currently 4 months into my braces with the surgery scheduled a year from now.

Something
big is coming.
