My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed May 2023. We saw such a huge difference in her facial appearance, being able to breathe through her nose during the day, snoring at night improved, low moan at night improved but she is still snoring at times and grinding her teeth so I also think she has airway issues. She needs a palatal expander due to her narrow and high palate. She has a tongue tie as a baby- it was released but definitely grew back
