Place holder

I was prescribed a CPAP 5 years ago at the age of 50. Pretty much my whole life I have experienced fatigue, dizziness, trouble sleeping, anxiety and issues with concentration. Recently I have been diagnosed with hypertrophic turbinates. There has never been a clear answer. It has been attributed to stress, adhd, or depression. I notice that I often find myself “forgetting ” to breathe during the day. I work braces twice; once in HS for 4 years and for 2 years on my late twenties. I have an overbite and am a mouth breather
I have been told a have a small mouth and high arch. My teeth are still crowded.

Something
big is coming.

(But please don't hold your breath.)
