Mild snoring became severe after menopause. Sleep study showed mild OSA with AHI 14 and snoring to 70dB. Treated with ALF and 2 different Vivos devices– 4 years later 3 night sleep study shows AHI still 8-10 and still snoring to 70dB but less often. (interestingly 10 with device plus lip seal tape and 8 with no device or tape) Next step is OMT consult.
