I have an airway condition known as Idiopathic Subglottic Stenosis. It came on when I was 32 just after the birth of my first daughter (I was healthy and athletic prior to that). Globally, the condition is found in 98% women and it comes on around the time we have children (or childbearing years). I have had over 50 surgeries on my trachea due to this. I do have a slight malocclusion as well and have started myofunctional therapy in hopes of giving my airway little help (but it doesn’t stop the scar tissue from forming).

Something
big is coming.

(But please don't hold your breath.)
